If you've attended a Yukon cycling event or participated in one of our programs, we'd like to hear about what went well or what can be improved. You can also submit ideas for events, programs or other cycling related topics.
If you want to tell us about abuse, harassment or discrimination, follow our Safe Sport instructions.
What happens when you contact us
- The information you submit will go to a CAY case manager who has been pre-selected to oversee these communications.
- The case manager will review your submission.
- If neccesary, the case manager will pass your submission onto the CAY board. The board will adhere to the Sport Yukon Discipline and Complaints Policy and process.
- If your feedback or suggestion is for an affiliate club, the case manager will review this information and send it to the club's board. If neccesary, they too will follow the above noted policy.
It is our goal to respond to all submissions in 48 hours or less.
