Strategic Plan
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Building off the success of the 2021 - 2024 Strategic Plan for CAY, the new board initiated in-house strategic planning efforts in Fall 2025. Based on a shared vision, goals, and capacity we've developed a plan for 2026 - 2029 to carry us forward to Canada Summer Games 2029 in Moncton and Saint John, New Brunswick.
The strategic plan serves as an ongoing reference for CAY as we move toward this milestone. It allows us to remain focused on our mandate with clear objectives achieved through realistic strategies and tactics. CAY will review the strategic plan on an annual basis and develop yearly workplans.
