Description
Welcome to Yukon Road Champs 2025! A 2-day event featuring a Criterium Race and an Individual Time Trial.
Registrants are welcome to partake in one or both events.
Criterium Race
When: Friday, July 25th at 7:00 pm
Where: Titanium Way in the Whitehorse Industrial Area
What: A criterium race is a lapping road race where a short-circuit track is used to keep a tight peloton and high speeds throughout the course. This year we are hosting four back-to-back races: Elite Men's, Elite Women's, Youth, and an Adult Open category. While we are duty-bound to support our Canada Summer Games athletes by providing as many race-like experiences as possible, this year we are hoping to engage more of the community through our Adult Open "Clunker Crit". Don't have the fastest bike but want to see how fast it can go? Come down for a quick race through industrial to test your mettle and grab a snack on us afterwards. You bring your bike and we'll bring the party.

Individual Time Trial
When: Saturday, July 26th at 8:00 am
Where: Meet at the Carcross Cutoff. Finish at Robert Service Campground
What: An individual time trial is your chance to test your might against the best of the best of the best of the best in the Yukon with no drafting and no team encouragement: Just you and your bike against the wind and the elements. Riders will leave the cut-off at 1 minute intervals for an all out 18 km race attempt.
